Robert Monchamp, President

As President, Robert “Bob” Monchamp is the ultimate gatekeeper, responsible for ensuring our Revolution Concrete Mixers™ and London Machinery brands deliver the highest quality and most advanced concrete mixers to our customers. With over 30 years of industry expertise starting at London and McNeilus®, Bob has built a reputation for developing strong, lasting relationships by truly understanding customer needs and delivering to them. From product development through manufacturing, Bob is continually excited to work alongside our motivated team. He understands it’s our people that will keep us driving toward continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.

Bryan Datema, Executive Vice President – Engineering, Innovation, and Product Performance

Bryan leads the concrete mixer product teams for our Revolution Concrete Mixers™ and London Machinery brands. In this role, he oversees everything "product" from strategic planning, product research, new product development all the way to product testing, manufacturing, implementation, and performance analysis. Prior to Revolution, Bryan was with McNeilus® for over 20 years with roles focusing on concrete mixers and concrete plants. His favorite part about his role is working alongside customers to design an innovative product that exceeds customer requirements and expectations while focusing on the whole operation. Like everyone on our team, Bryan doesn’t just scratch surface. He digs in, working with customers at their plants, doing drive-alongs, and working with their engineers. His forward thinking will continue pushing Revolution Concrete Mixers™ to the forefront of the industry.
